Interim Manager External Innovations Development Drywall System for DIY (concept/product development.
The task was to analyze what obstacles DIY customers see in the use of existing drywall systems. The first step was to develop multilingual software to identify and categorize the opinions, questions and criticisms from 150,000 block posts from end customers in previously defined core countries (Russia, the USA/Canada and Europe). These were compared with existing market studies. The next step was to develop new systems for end users in collaboration with universities. At the same time, new marketing approaches were identified.
Learnings: During these 2.5 years I learned a lot of technical knowledge about building systems, market research, product development and business innovation (blue ocean marketing strategies).
